Safety Program
The safety of our employees, as well as others working on job sites, is of utmost priority at Lanaville Foundations Inc. (LFI). Because hazards and safety standards change rapidly, our safety policies and procedures are reviewed and updated continually. We also customize a safety plan for each project before stepping on site.
In an effort to promote the safety of our employees, we have established a safety manual as a reference and guide to the expectations we have for the company as an employer and for all individual employees in regard to safety and health. To make our safety guidelines a success, it is necessary for LFI to meet company guidelines, as well as for individual employees to meet their safety expectations.
LFI has developed various regulations that are intended to provide its employees with a safe working environment. Our safety manual was written in accordance with regulations and requirements established by the United States Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA). However, this manual should not be considered all-encompassing, as there are necessary changes made to the federal and state requirements frequently.
As referenced throughout the manual, more information regarding the regulations and requirements can be found at OSHA’s website and MIOSHA’s website.
